I love this app because it has the best coupons. The only problem for me is that I cant order from my phone

Downloaded to find locations and info....isnt accurate! Called and told customer relations open times are stated wrong and they said hmmmm. We use numerous apps for finding restaurants and they work ( McDonalds, Starbucks...both very accurate) which helps on a roadtrip! Deleting this one!

I just downloaded this app hoping that I could order and pay for it across state line. For instance, I would like to order from a BK restaurant in NY City from NJ where I live and pay for it remotely and have someone pick it up in NY. Make sense sometimes like if your kid is visiting NY for the day and she lost her money or does not have enough for a meal. We should be able to, but not this app. Not well thought of. BK if youre listening you need to incorporate this. So for now I am deleting this app. Useless until they make changes.

Waited 15 minutes in line with a coupon to be told the app needs to be connected to wifi to get the coupon code, but ooops, sorry we dont offer wifi at this location. Not to mention the code expires after a few mins so I cant even activate it from my home wifi first. Ridiculous... Ill stick to McDonalds who offers great coupons that are easy to use.

Instead of saving a payment method saved within the app, the app should be linked to Apple Pay. One payment method will simplify everyones life. When a customer updates their Apple Pay, it automatically updates everything instead of having to update various apps with a new payment method.

Great benefits from the King. It doesnt get any better.

Then there is no way to use the coupons! Walked out snd went to mcdonalds - their app WORKS!!!! Bk is paying people to give good reviews! Dont believe the great reviews! This app is TRASH!!!

Just downloaded this cause it said there was coupons and get a free sandwich upon download uhhhh theres nothing. How does this help

Opened the app today to find absolutely no deals available. Only had the app for a week and previously it offered deals, but they were deals comparable to those offered at the restaurant with no app or coupon required. Also, the app requires sign in to get the special deals; which again, are offered and advertised right on the windows of Burger King restaurants to anyone who happens to walk in. Basically, I can find no financial benefit to using this app. Uninstalling

Constantly says no deals at this time when you open app. When there is coupons its the same crap every month.

This was once a good app, but now for some reason, it wont let me get past the screen where I enter my zip code. Click the button and NOTHING happens. Just stuck there.

It makes it so easy to make a decision where to eat when you can just pull up the latest specials on your phone. No carrying around endless paper coupons which I usually forget to bring with me anyway.

Use the app all the time. Whether its feeding my son and his friends, getting a quick bite when I dont have time to really stop and cook or just lunch/dinner for work. This app is handy.

I just used this app for the first time today and it did what I needed it to so Im happy with it!

I use a lot of apps for fast food restaurants, and Burger King offers the most coupons and the app is very user friendly! Thanks, BK!

Mobile Pay accepted in more restaurants although it is so rarely used that it is always difficult to get it accepted. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get more money placed on the app and the response I got to an email to BK sounds to me like money can no longer be added to the app which would mean mobile pay is being phased out. This is all disappointing as it is so easy to display the code for payment.
